Refund Policy for Those Who Paid for Temporary Access to Study.Net

For those students who requested temporary access to course materials and paid Study.Net for electronic access to readers,

A. If you are an MBA, EWMBA, Study.net will refund you 100% of what you paid, if you were successful in enrolling in the course.

B. Study.net will refund you 80% of what you paid, if you were unsuccessful in enrolling in the course regardless of student type. Meaning you pay 20% for having access to materials during the Add/Drop period.

Haas will send final enrollments to Study.Net in the fourth week of the semester, so you should anticipate refunds to your credit card approximately two weeks after that, or, in other words, the sixth week of the semester. Study.Net will send you a confirmation e-mail once a refund has been issued.
